Thank you RVMBA!

What would we do without trails?
What would we do without the hard-working volunteers of the
River Valley Mountain Bike Association?

Starting this spring RVMBA members will have the opportunity to Adopt-A-Trail in the city of Marietta.  If you find it difficult to attend other organized trail work days but would still like to contribute, this is a great chance to join in.  Trail adoption will require 6 trail evalutions throughout the year.  Each time you will ensure that the trail is free of debris, down trees (chainsaw work can be done by someone else if you are not comfortable with it) and vegetation growth.  Controling vegetation growth may require trimming back over grown limbs and weedeating along the trail.  Some areas may require weedeating more than once during the summer.  Anyone that would like more info or that is interested in possibly adopting a section of trail within the Marietta City Trail Network can contact Ryan Smith @ rsmith365@hotmail.com or 740-525-0171

None of our local trails would exist without the dedication and "sweat equity" of volunteers
We love you guys!

Building bridges, mountain bike style!

Our hats off to you!  We owe you a debt of gratitude, and frosty beer from our tap at the next RVMBA meeting.
